LG releases entry-level UltraPC laptops aimed at students and young professionals

LG has released a range of UltraPC laptops which provides an affordable yet powerful solution with a large 16-inch display for students and young professionals.

UltraPC is the entry level laptop in the LG range and is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors and AMD Radeon Graphics for smooth high definition video viewing and streaming as well as video and photo editing capabilities.

Under the hood is LPDDR4x 4266MHz memory and Dual NVMe SSD (solid state drive).

They laptops have 16-inch 1WUXGA IPS (in-plane switching) screens with 1920 x 1200 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio to give users a lot of room to work and multitask.

The display also has an anti-glare layer which means it can be used in bright office environments and outside in the sunlight.

On the connectivity side, the LG Ultra PC has USB-C, HDMI, USB-A and a microSD card slot.

Onboard is a 72Wh battery to give you all-day battery performance.

The LG UltraPC laptops start at $1,499.
