Hisense announces pricing for its 2021 range of 4K and 8K UHD and ULED smart TVs

Hisense has announced the pricing and availability of its exciting 2021 range of 4K and 8K UHD and ULED TVs which bring to the table a host of features customers will enjoy whether you’re a sports fan, movie lover or gamer.

They will be available through retailers from this month.

Hisense have a range of TVs from the entry level 43-inch UHD A7G at $899 all the way through to the 75-inch U90G ULED 8K Mini LED TV at $7,999.

Features include Dolby Vision Atmos, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) on top of the Hisense Quantum Dot Colour technology which can produce an impressive 2000 nits of brightness.

“Too many TV brands talk about premium features shrouded in marketing jargon, but no one needs to ‘hear colours’ and ‘taste sounds’,” said Andre Iannuzzi, Head of Marketing, Hisense Australia.

“At Hisense, we’re big on clarity, not confusion. This year let’s get real, consumers just need a great TV at a great price with actual features they’re looking for. A TV like our range of UHD and ULED TVs.”

Hisense’s new TVs support Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos which together produce a stunning experience.

Also onboard is Quantum Dot Colour, Full Array Local Dimming and Smooth Picture Rate to create impressive picture quality.

The new Hisense range of televisions also include Hi-View Engine Pro for fast graphic processing to optimise picture quality and enhance the overall viewing experience.

The screen itself can also reduce reflections and glare by absorbing 98.5 per cent of incoming light.

That means 66.7 per cent less glare than conventional TV screens.

Gamers will also level up their experience with Game Mode which includes Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM).

VRR allows the TV to match its refresh rate to the frame rate of the game output by the console which results in a much smoother game play without tearing.

And this works hand in hand with ALLM which can detect and switch to a low lag gaming preset when the signal from the console is detected.

This could mean the difference between winning and losing in your game.

The new Hisense TVs also include the company’s proprietary VIDAA operating system which pumps up the processing performance by 20 per cent compared to the previous generation.

It has a simplified interface and a universal search functionality.

Universal search displays results in an easy to view slider to make it easier and faster to find something to watch.

The Hisense TV’s also include Google Assistant functionality along with Amazon Alexa for hands-free control of smart devices through your home and enabling the search for content using just your voice.

Hisense’s new range goes on sale at all major electronics retailers across Australia from June.
