Modern technology gives us many things.

LG’s new DualUp Ergo Monitor is like having two screens in one for easier multitasking

Here’s a monitor with a difference. LG has released the DualUp Ergo Monitor that’s designed for creative and professional users for both home and office.

The 27.6-inch LG DualUp Ergo Monitor has a 16:18 aspect ratio so it has more of a square shape so you can double your screen real estate.

The LG DualUp Ergo Monitor offers the same space as two 21.5-inch displays with the Square Double QHD (2560 x 2880) resolution.

It has a vertical split view function so you can see more at a glance while keeping a single monitor footprint.

This would be ideal for customers working from home who want to maintain their productivity and efficiency.

“At LG, we are passionate about providing innovative technology that supports the ever-changing consumer demands for both home and office workers,” says Brad Reed, Head of B2B Marketing (Solutions for Business) at LG Electronics Australia.

“Whether you are a content creator, office worker or designer, the new DualUp Ergo monitor delivers both practicality and efficiency for the modern professional.

“Offering a completely new form factor for the monitor screen, the DualUp Ergo will enable users to multitask with ease when completing creative tasks.

“It is an innovative solution that will help enhance productivity when working, particularly for those users who find themselves looking at information for extended periods of time on multiple screens or windows.”

What helps the multi-tasking experience with the LG DualUp Ergo Monitor is the ability to connect two computers and control and view the content in one place.

Users can connect via HDMI, one upstream USB-C port and two downstream USB-C ports.

With two cables to the HDMI Display Port and USB-C port, it’s possible to utilise a dual monitor set-up on the one screen without any additional software or shortcuts.

The LG DualUp Ergo Monitor is height-adjustable and can tilt, swivel or pivot for a more comfortable angle.

The LG DualUp Ergo Monitor will be available this month and will be priced at $1,299.
