Pure unveils new in-car digital radio

highwaymain2Digital radio is booming with sales of DAB+ devices on the rise but now Pure is providing an in-car digital solution with its new Highway 300Di.

With 32 per cent of our radio listening done in the car, the Pure’s Highway 300Di brings all the benefits of digital radio into your car including clear audio along with pause and rewind.

The device includes a small interface box which needs to be professionally installed behind the dashboard while a small control unit offers complete control and a two line display to see information from the station you’re tuned into.

Highway 300Di also incorporates iPhone/iPod connectivity to allow your own music to be played through the car’s speakers as well.

Pure’s control unit can be mounted on the dash within easy reach of the driver and the onboard OLED display can be read from any angle and even in bright sunlight.

Users can set 30 favourite digital stations and even pause the radio for up to eight minutes if the driver has to leave the vehicle to get fuel or buy something and then continue listening right where they left off.
