They drew first blood, not me. They drew first blood….. This week on The Best Movies You’ve Never we’re watching First Blood starring Sylvester Stallone who plays Vietnam veteran John Rambo.

First Blood tells the story of John J Rambo who is arrested for vagrancy in Hope, Washington after Sheriff Will Teasle tries to steer him out of town. Unfortunately for Teasle and his officers – they don’t realise who they are dealing with, and Rambo wages a personal war against the town.

Stephen watched this in the cinema and has seen it more times than Trevor Long has listened to John Farnham’s Whispering Jack album.

We go through the memorable scenes and share some interesting facts, behind the scenes tidbits, trivia, fact v fiction and other things you don’t know about the film.
