Canon launches compact EOS M50 camera that’s designed for content creators

Canon has just launched the new EOS M50 – a small yet powerful mirrorless camera that’s ideal for content creators who want to easily shoot quality video to share on YouTube and social media.

The Canon EOS M50 can take their video to the next level and shoot in 4K in either landscape or portrait mode to suit the latest social media video sharing platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

The M50’s compact design, vari-angle flip out touchscreen and compatibility with a wide range of Canon lenses means it is easy to film content in any scenario.

And if you’d prefer to stream live to YouTube, the Canon M50 has also got your back with a HDMI output and wi-fi for professional-looking live streams made possible by the free Canon EOS Webcam Utility Software.

With wi-fi and Bluetooth onboard it’s easy to control the camera through your smartphone and also share photos and videos to your mobile device on the spot to share on social media.

There is a 3.5mm microphone input to give your video professional sound quality as well.

Canon M50 has a 24.1-megapixel APS-C sensor to record up to 4K quality and also shoot still images in RAW.
