Modern technology gives us many things.

Aldi to offer 70-inch Bauhn 4K smart TV with Tizen OS for $799

Aldi will be releasing a 70-inch Bauhn 4K smart TV on June 17 that’s powered by the same Tizen TV operating system that can be found on Samsung TVs – and it will be priced at $799.

The Bauhn 70-inch Ultra HD 4K TV has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 to allow users to watch their streaming services in their highest quality.

The TV itself is manufactured by Bauhn but it is running Samsung’s Tizen TV OS – a bit like buying a laptop made by one manufacturer but running Windows 11 which was developed by Microsoft.

Tizen TV provides an easy-to-navigate interface and offers access to all the popular streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, Stan, Prime, Paramount Plus and Apple TV+.

The Bauhn TV might be running the same software found on Samsung TVs, but it doesn’t have the same QLED technology and features as the latest and more expensive Samsung TVs.

But at $799 the Bauhn TV still offers impressive quality and value.

The TV also offers USB playback so you can plug in a hard drive of thumb drive into the two USB ports.

It also has a LAN port to connect a cable to from your modem/router if it’s nearby.

There are also three HDMI ports to connect a 4K Blu-ray player, set-top box, Foxtel box and gaming console.

The Bauhn 70-inch 4K Ultra HD smart TV goes on sale as part of the Special Buys offer in Aldi stores on June 17 and will be priced at $799.
